Your Journey with Me

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the best Pilates teachers in the country. Since 2018, I’ve been teaching in studios across India, and since 2020, I’ve extended my classes online—offering both group and 1:1 personalized sessions.

Each class is curated to suit your goals, lifestyle, and work background. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced mover, my sessions are designed to give you a full-body experience that boosts energy, builds strength, and helps you reconnect with yourself.

My hope is to inspire you to develop a sustainable movement practice—one that makes you feel at home in your body and reminds you that you are worthy of love, nourishment, and commitment every single day.
