I’m Sonali Ghia, a Wellness & Movement Coach who believes that movement is a lifelong practice. From teenagers to clients in their 80s and beyond, I work with people across ages and abilities, meeting them where they are and helping them grow from there.
Rooted in Pilates and enriched by strength training, yoga, rehabilitation focused movement, and mindful practices, my work supports sustainable strength, balance, and ease of movement. Alongside movement, I also guide clients in nutrition and lifestyle practices inspired by naturopathy and Ayurveda, creating an integrated approach to long term well being.
Movement, for me, is not about pushing harder, it’s about moving better, for life.
I focus on breath, control, and alignment so movement feels supportive, calm, and natural.
