Yes. Classes are taught with clear guidance, progressive layering, and a strong focus on alignment and control.

You don’t need prior experience with Pilates or movement practices to begin.

Yes, absolutely.
My approach to movement is mindful, low-impact, and technique-focused, with plenty of modifications offered in every multi-level class so you can move safely and confidently.
If you’re recovering from surgery or dealing with acute pain, please begin after medical clearance. Starting with a few one-on-one online sessions is recommended so we can work closely and support you with personalised guidance before joining group classes.

Not at all.
My classes are rooted in fundamentals, awareness, and gradual progression — not intensity. You’ll be guided gently and encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.
To feel more confident in a group setting, I usually suggest a few one-on-one sessions first, so you can understand the core principles of Pilates and build a strong, comfortable foundation.

Pilates forms the foundation, supported by mobility work, strength training, Animal Flow–inspired movement, breathwork, and functional exercises.

The goal is efficient, balanced movement that supports daily life.

Yes. Mat Pilates is a complete system that builds strength, stability, flexibility, and coordination using bodyweight and small props — without the need

for large equipment.

Most online classes use simple, home-friendly props:

  • Exercise mat
  • Resistance bands - (long thera bands and mini loop bands)
  • Pilates ball
  • Pilates ring
  • Light dumbbells
  • A pair of yoga blocks
  • Foamroller ( optional but recommended)

Each movement session is 60 minutes long.
I provide one-on-one customisable nutrition consultations for those looking to complement their movement practice with personalised nutritional guidance.

They are curated movement and wellness experiences that bring together different forms of movement - Pilates, yoga, strength, mobility, and breathwork - along with nature time, hikes, local adventures, and cultural immersion experiences unique to each destination.
Retreats are a space to slow down, reconnect, explore, rest deeply, and have fun in a supportive, like-minded community.
A meaningful pause. A reset you gift yourself and near & dear ones.
